Overnight Trip to Solo

Another overnight trip with the faaam❤️ and it's time for SOLO.

One of Central Java's 'it' city, 'Kampung' Pak Jokowi and famous with their Batik (well, there are many other city that famous with their Batik pattern, But my favorite is definitely Solo. Solo batik has calmer colors like blush pink, sky blue, other pastel color💕).

We stayed at Alila Solo and this hotel is purrrrrfecct. Simple, modern, homey and quite! Yes quite is the most important things for my family, we are kinda have that sensitivity when it comes to crowd and loud people especially in public area like hotel or restaurant.

I've always been wanting to stay at this hotel since my colleagues told me while we have business trip here. If I can't go to Bali, why don't I try another Alila in Solo? 😎

Now I know why foreign people especially Westerner love to spent all day laying down at beach or reading books near the pool. It's AMAZING! I spent almost all day reading, gym-ing, and scrolling Instagram while my family went Batik hunting to Danar Hadi flagship store.

Traveling wouldn't complete without shopping and eating. I proudly brought meters of Batik fabric for myself and my clothing line (well done Riri).

Sadly our 'Safari Ramadhan has getting to an end because my brother has to return UK for his master preparation. Can't wait to have him back in August for another trip ✈️

Why God Keep Me in Wait?

When it comes to marriage, there were times when I wonder why God keep me in wait while others are getting married in a flash. Not that I'm jealous with my friends who get married earlier, it's just a random thought, why? For me marriage has always been my top of mind. Gaining Weight

Huftt... My heart were broken into pieces. After a nice treadmills (first time since forever!!) and completely sweaty here and there, I casually hop onto a scales at my gym... and.... 56 kilosss!!!!!!! WHATTTTTTTTT My last weighing was last month, before the fun-tastic holiday marathon (I'll share it later😉) and I'm pretty sure it was 53! fifty three everyonee! with 5 and 3, not 5 and 6 💔 For 25 years my most heavy was 53 and I've been struggling to maintain it throughout 2017 (not even bother to diet since it is soooo dificult to resist all the tempting snacks at my office! (I blame you oleh-oleh😤). Seriously, does anyone know if human metabolism start worsening at age 25? (gosh, I feel old) I even double check upstairs at my apartment just in case the scale was broken. Nope. it's fine (#cryariver) Well, I might be devastated with the fact that I'm heavier (on a scale). But what bothers me a lot is, I can't control my appetite!! Chips...
